Do you have a Privacy Policy?
Absolutely!! My Little Girl values it’s customers and respects their privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. Any information obtained from you is collected in an effort to provide the best customer service, and to inform you of products and promotions. As a customer of My Little Girl you will become part of our mailing list where you will receive periodic emails about new products and promotions. If, at any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list please write us at sales@mylittlegirlonline.com . We will promptly remove you.
Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying?
Quality is our #1 priority here at My Little Girl. Each and every little end of every bow will be sealed using professional techniques. Your bows will continue to look new year after year with gentle care.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We process all online credit card payments through PayPal. We also take checks made out to My Little Girl or cash at the time of pick up at one of our local stores.

How long will it take for my order to ship or pick up?
Because our business is based on Custom Orders, we require 2-4 weeks to design and create your order. We want to provide the best quality and most unique hair bow and accessory. In order for us to do our best work, we need time to design and create your order.
Orders are currently taking 3-4 weeks to ship. From ship date time, Priority mail takes 2-3 days to deliver, and 1st Class mail takes 2-7 days for delivery.
What ages do your baby headbands fit?
Our baby headbands are professionally hand sewn with no bulky seam to fit ages 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, and 2-4 years old! We have a variety of headbands that are made of Cotton, Polyester, & Lycra. Some of our hand crochet headbands can fit ages newborn to adult!
How do I choose between alligator and french clip?
We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. All of our alligator clips are lined in ribbon to aid in holding the hair. The alligator clips can be used to slide in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once holder has been placed in hair. No Slip Grip can be added for additional cost of $1.00 per bow.
We use french clips that are 2″ or 2 1/2″ wide. The french snap barrette works best in older girls hair and for girls who have thick or long hair.
Will you send an order confirmation?
Yes, of course! We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We’ll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.If you have questions about your order confirmation, contact orders@mylittlegirlonline.com
Do you accept Rush Orders?
If you are in a Rush to receive an item please email us first at orders@mylittlegirlonline.com to make sure we can accommodate your needs. There may be a charge for rush orders. Thank you!
Can I ship to another address?
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Simply enter that address as the “Ship To” address when ordering.
What happens if an item I purchase becomes out of stock after purchase?
If one item has became out of stock, we will not hold your entire order and wait for that item to come back in stock, instead we will ship your order and ship the out of stock item as soon as it comes in stock. OOS items are never OOS for very long!
Do you accept International orders?
Yes, International orders are very much welcomed!
